1. Membership Eligibility
GIFT membership is open to individuals aged 16 years and above who share our values of community service, youth empowerment, and social impact. Applicants under the age of 18 must provide guardian consent during registration.
2. Membership Registration
By registering, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and complete. GIFT reserves the right to revoke membership if false information is discovered. Each individual may hold only one active membership.
3. Code of Conduct
GIFT members are expected to conduct themselves with dignity, respect, and professionalism in all volunteering activities. Members must not engage in behaviour that is discriminatory, harmful, or contrary to the mission of GIFT.
4. Membership Card
The digital membership card issued to you is for your personal use only. You must not share, transfer, or misrepresent your membership card. The QR code on the card is for verification purposes only.
5. Membership Validity
Membership is valid for one year from the date of registration. Members will be notified before expiry. GIFT reserves the right to suspend or terminate membership for violation of these Terms or the Code of Conduct.
6. Privacy
Your personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By registering, you consent to GIFT storing and using your information for membership management and volunteering coordination.
7. Amendments
GIFT reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Members will be notified of material changes. Continued membership constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
